Is it possible to cancel a booking?
Yes, that’s possible, and even free of charge. Cancellations are completely free if you inform us more than three hours before the start of the ride.
For the cancellation of a car or bus with a driver, charges will apply, namely:
- At least 22 days before the scheduled day of the service: 15% of the agreed ride price, with a minimum of €35.
- On the 21st day or between 21 and 14 days before the scheduled service day: 30% of the agreed ride price.
- On the 14th day or between 14 and 2 days before the scheduled service day: 50% of the agreed ride price.
- On the 2nd day before the scheduled service day: 75% of the agreed ride price.
- On the day of departure or during the service: the full ride price.
Do I have to pay the driver directly?
No, you cannot pay the driver for your ride. You will receive an invoice from us via email about a week after the ride. The invoice is based on post-calculation, meaning you pay for the actual hours spent.
The invoice can be paid in any way you prefer.
How do I know who the driver will be?
When the scheduler has found a suitable driver from your region, you will receive an email from us with the driver’s name and phone number. The driver will also receive your contact details. If there are any uncertainties, please contact the driver directly or feel free to call our scheduling team.
I am very satisfied, can the same driver drive me more often?
A day after your ride, you will receive a message from us where you can rate the driver with just one click. If you are satisfied, this will be noted for future requests, and we will contact this driver first. Our goal is to always have a set number of drivers available for you.
What are the benefits if I book rides more frequently?
If you book multiple rides per week with us, it is possible to receive a discount on the hourly rate. Additionally, you will get your own account in our online Portal, where you can easily enter your rides into the system. We’ll take care of the rest.
When is Cratos available?
Cratos’ planning team is available on weekdays and weekends from 07:00 to 00:00. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call one of our staff members.
