Yes, that is possible, and even free of charge. Cancelling a student driver is completely free if you inform us more than three hours before the start of the ride.
Do I have to pay the driver directly?
No, you cannot pay the driver directly for your ride. You will receive an invoice from us by email approximately one week after the service. This invoice is based on actual hours worked, so you pay only for the time used.

How do I know who the driver will be?
When the scheduler has found a suitable driver from your region, you will receive an email from us with the driver’s name and phone number. The driver will also receive your contact details. If there are any uncertainties, please contact the driver directly or feel free to call our scheduling team.
I am very satisfied, can the same driver drive me more often?
