When you are driven by one of our student drivers on weekdays, travel costs will only be charged occasionally. This usually occurs only for trips starting or ending at times when public transport is no longer running. If the driver is required to use a car to reach the location, a fee of €0,42 per kilometer will be charged.
For every ride with a Cratos driver, a minimum of 3 hours will be charged. For executive drivers, there is no surcharge, but a minimum of 4 hours will be billed. For trips lasting 10
hours or longer, the driver is entitled to a dinner allowance worth €15,-.
With every chauffeur service using your own car, you are always covered by free additional insurance.

Additional insurance
Insured up to €12,500
With Cratos’ additional insurance, you are covered for casco damages up to a maximum of €12,500.
No-claim
Any potential reduction or loss of your no-claim discount is compensated for up to a maximum of three insurance years after the date of the damage.
BeNeLux and DE
Our additional insurance covers the BeNeLux region and Germany. So you can drive worry-free with our private chauffeurs.
Terms and conditions
As the client of a ride with Cratos Mobility, you are always responsible for maintaining liability insurance (WA insurance) in accordance with WAM requirements. This applies to all rides carried out by Cratos Mobility.
The insurance does not cover theft of the vehicle or damages sustained while the vehicle is parked.
